How it is delivered

Your reading is delivered as a written report, sent to the email address on your order and made available in your account on this site, where it remains available to re-read and download.

When it is delivered

Within 7 to 10 days of our receiving your complete birth details and your question.

That clock starts when the details arrive, not when payment is taken. If you pay and supply your details later, the timeline begins on the later date.

What can delay it

• Incomplete or contradictory birth details — we will write to you rather than guess.
• A birth time uncertain enough that the question cannot be answered responsibly without rectification. We will tell you and discuss it before proceeding.
• A question that needs clarification before it can be answered well.

If your reading has not arrived

Check the spam folder first — reports arrive as email and occasionally land there. If it is not there, write to ravi@nakshatraos.org with your order reference and we will resend it.

Where we deliver

Readings are delivered worldwide by email. Payment on this site is processed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. If your card or bank cannot complete an INR payment, write to us and we will make other arrangements.
