Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth — and, if you tell us, how confident you are of the time.
• The question you ask, and any context you give with it.
• Payment metadata from Razorpay: a payment reference, the amount and the status. We never receive or store your card number, UPI ID, CVV or bank credentials.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as approximate location and device type.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to compute your chart and write your reading, and to deliver it to you along with the records of your order.

We do not use your birth details for anything else. They are not used to train models, they are not added to research datasets, and they are not used for marketing or profiling.

Our legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the order form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us, though we cannot un-write a report already delivered.

Who else sees it

A small, named set of service providers, each handling only the part they need:

• Razorpay — payment processing. They receive payment details; they do not receive your birth data.
• Resend — sending transactional email. They receive your email address and the content of the message.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery for this website.
• The chart computation and report generation is done by us, on systems we control.

We do not sell your data

Not to anyone, in any form, for any price. We also do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not publish charts or questions — including anonymised — without explicit written permission.

How long we keep it

Your order records and your report are kept so that you can return to them, and so we can answer questions about work already done. Financial records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will — see below.

Your rights

• Access — ask what we hold about you.
• Correction — have inaccurate details fixed. If your birth details were wrong, tell us; it affects the reading.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data. We will do so within 30 days, retaining only what tax law obliges us to keep.
• Withdraw consent — at any time.
• Grievance — raise a complaint and have it addressed.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority, as the DPDP Act requires.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function — for example, remembering that you are signed in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.
